During his address, President Trump urged voters in Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District to support Ed Gallrein, a former Navy SEAL, in the upcoming midterm elections, rather than the incumbent Republican Representative Thomas Massie. President Trump criticized Representative Massie for his voting record against several legislative initiatives proposed by the administration, including a comprehensive spending package. Approximately midway through President Trump's speech, commotion arose behind the presidential podium as an elderly woman appeared to collapse.
